This 2000 BMW 323i is a collector-owned and garage-kept convertible that features a power retractable top, a navigation system, and various power convenience options. It is powered by its original 2.5-liter M52 inline-6 paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission. Finished in black over a black leather interior, this E46 323i is now offered with a car cover, the owner’s manual, a clean CARFAX report, and a clear South Carolina title in the seller’s name.
This 323i is painted black and has a matching power-operated retractable soft top. Exterior appointments include fog lamps, chrome-rimmed kidney grilles, aerodynamic side skirt moldings, and an integrated third brake light in the trunk light that is filled with neon gas like the BMW Z8. Exterior finishes are in excellent condition and the car has been garaged and covered throughout the seller’s ownership.
Factory 17” style 45 7-spoke light aluminum wheels are wrapped in tires of unknown age. Handling is aided by power steering and dynamic stability control, and braking is handled by 4-wheel ventilated disc brakes with anti-lock. The suspension consists of a front struts and rear multi-link, with anti-roll bars front and rear.
The interior is fitted with power-adjustable leather sport seats seats and matching door panels, dash, and carpeting. Amenities include gloss wood trim, automatic dual-zone climate control, cruise control, power windows, and power door locks. BMW's Navigation System Professional is also present, with a wide aspect ratio screen present in the center stack above the climate controls.
Instrumentation is comprised of a 150-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer, along with gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature, and an LCD multifunction display. The digital odometer reads 104k miles, which is a true reading per the seller.
The 2.5-liter BMW M52TUB25 inline-six is original to the vehicle and had original output of 168 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 181 pound-feet of torque at 3,500. It features double-VANOS variable valve timing, a drive-by-wire throttle, and variable-length intake manifold. The seller indicates that it runs well and is free of leaks. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a 5-speed Steptronic automatic transmission with a console-mounted shift lever with sport and manual modes.
Additional photos showing the condition of the underside are available in the gallery.
The CARFAX report shows six owners and registration in multiple states. The sale includes owner’s books and a car cover.

Sorry for the delay, I have been moving. There is some discoloration but it isn’t rust. It’s a white milky look. Best to look online for shipping companies. They will give an instant quote. Best regards...

May I assume what I can see on the undercarriage is just surface rust? Also: Do you have any idea of what the transportation costs would be to Arizona? Thanks, Al
