@Treesf – How much body work has been done prior to painting? When was it painted,? It shows some surface rust in the pictures. Is that only surface rust? How long was it owned by the owner prior to you? Any reciepts on work completed in the past? ...
Good Morning! The car does not appear to have any major body work done to it. I would assume some skim coating was done for flattening large panels but there does not appear to be and places where body filler was used for repair. I don’t have an exact date but I would assume around 5-7 years ago, the paint is holding up exceptionally it’s a very well done car. The car has a tiny bit of surface rust on some of the underside components where the finishes have worn off but there is no real rust to speak of in the body or subframe components. The car was owned for multiple years by a very particular collector we do a lot of business with. Before that I was told it was under longtime 20+years ownership by the gentlema that did the exterior restoration on the car. Unfortunately we do not have any receipts from previous work on the car.
