1995 Pontiac Firebird Formula 6-Speed

This 1995 Pontiac Firebird Formula is finished in Dark Green over a tan leather interior. Powered by a 5.7-liter LT1 V8, power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. Showing just 62K miles, 50 have been added by the selling dealer. Originally sold new in New York, the car was later registered in Arizona by its original owner before being acquired by the selling dealer. Recent services include a coolant flush along with an oil and filter change. Now offered with a clean CARFAX report, this Firebird is being offered with a clear Arizona title.

Finished in the Dark Green paint with a tan convertible soft-top. The seller states the paint is original and free of blemishes and the vehicle shows no evidence of rust. The convertible top is in working order and features a glass rear window with defroster. The hood features dual inset scoops housed next to the pop up headlights. The rear retains the factory installed spoiler and a dual exhaust can be seen exiting below the bumper.

Factory 16” alloy five-spoke wheels are wrapped in Z-rated Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTZ measuring 245/50-16 all around. ABS brakes are factory equipped.  
 

The interior features tan leather front bucket seats with fold-down rear seats. Tan carpet and door panels also complement the interior while a black dash and center console house the stereo and climate control modules. The dashboard shows a crack to the right of the center vent, and the driver's seat has a scratch in the upper left bolster, additional photos can be seen in the gallery. The car retains the original radio with cassette deck and graphic equalizer, additional features include a power-adjustable driver’s seat, cruise control, as well as power windows, mirrors, and locks. 

The 4-spoke steering wheel features integrated stereo controls, and behind it sits analog gauges, including a 155-mph speedometer, tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and battery voltage. Mileage shows 62,189, which is original and accurate.
 

The 5.7-liter LT1 V8  produced 305 horsepower and 335 lb-ft of torque when new and featured aluminum heads and intake. Power is delivered to the rear via a 6-speed manual transmission using its factory installed clutch. The seller notes the clutch engages towards the top of the pedal travel, though no slippage is reported at this time.

Pontiac produced just 3,963 Firebird convertibles in total for the 1995 model year with 1,074 equipped with the W66 Formula option. Of those only 145 were produced in Dark Green metallic.  The August 2020 clean CARFAX shows ownership in New York and Arizona with no reported accidents or damage.
