@Dhilts58 – Did you buy this at the McCormick auction? Did you look into repairing the AC? I live in palm Desert and AC is a must. Thanks Dave ...
No. I purchased it from a private party. About the AC I did not try to fix it due to very high costs.
Hello everyone I received a question from an enthusiast party about where I purchased the car in Palm Desert and if I have tried to fix the AC. I purchased the car from a private party and not from an auction house. Also I did not try to have AC fixed due to high costs. I hope I adequately explained and answered the question. Thank you for your interest.
@mankhodahastam – Hello and welcome to my site and my beautiful legendary Mercedes Benz 300D W123 This is a true and genuine tough and built to last Mercedes Benz 300D non turbo very economical car. I do not see any rust. A/C is non op. I purchased it from Palm Springs California and have driven it in very dry Las Vegas Nevada ever since. It is cold tempered by nature and likes to get warmed up from cold start to run smoothly. II welcome all questions (but I am not mechanic and can not answer complicated technical questions) and welcome all inspections. The car is being sold as is where is. Happy bidding and good luck ...
