@dobird92 – I just discovered this auction. When was the restoration done? Were any updates to the original suspension performed? Thanks ...
We also added electronic power steering which improved handling significantly.

I purchased the vehicle in 2020. The suspension and engine work had already been done at that point. My restoration focused on the body, chrome and interior, makiing sure that the fiberglass had no waves, that the paint was done correctly, all chrome was redone at salt Lake Chrome, and interior corrected (it had a mix of black and red components). This car is beautiful - you won't find one this nice with a reserve this low anywhere. Only selling because I need something more practical right now.

@Houston1 – Has any suspension work been done? Mufflers have a lot of rust, does the car sit a lot? Can you provide a Video of the car with a cold start and driving? Thank you, Scott ...
Just making sure that you saw that both requested videos were uploaded. There’s a driving video as well as a cold start video.

@CougarMike7 – You are incorrect. 61’s came in two tones, and this is the original color. 62 did not have the alternate color for the coves, but that was still a feature in 61. Roman red and Ermine White were a standard option in 1961. ...

@Hoglover – Hi @CougarMike7 , another great looking C1 , as far as what I gathered , major restoration done twice n this car and the latest one includes muffler and undercarriage repair ..? Based on the all your assessment as an owner , which parts and sections are not working or not aligned properly what it suppose to be after the restorations.? Thanks ...
The latest restoration that happened while I owned, it was all of the bodywork, perfecting the fiberglass, redoing all the chrome, and redoing the interior. Mechanically the car is in excellent condition, everything aligned perfectly. That work was done before I purchased it. The only remaining issues are the speedometer needle, and Bluetooth module which are mentioned in the ad. The successful Bidder will receive a $1500 credit if those are not fixed prior to pick up.
