This 2000 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4 is powered by a 7.3-liter Power Stroke diesel with a Banks turbo, Power Hungry Performance chip, and numerous other performance upgrades. The truck was initially assembled in Louisville, Kentucky, and has spent the last seven years with the seller, during which it has been the recipient of meticulous maintenance and modification. Recent work has included installation of a new alternator, brake booster and master cylinder, power steering pump and box, water pump, belt, air conditioning compressor, PCM, fuel pump, fuel injectors, glow plugs, wheel bearings, ABS sensors, hood, and rear glass lifts, and more. Other features consist of custom paint, a refreshed interior, custom suspension and exhaust upgrades, and aftermarket wheels. This first-year, top-of-the-line Excursion is now offered with a clean CARFAX report and a clear Florida title in the seller's name.
Finished in flat black over metallic gray Rhino Liner coating the fenders, side skirts, and bumpers, the truck's exterior features heated towing mirrors and dark window tinting. The factory grille has been replaced with an aftermarket unit and factory lighting has been swapped for LED components including the headlights, tail lights, fog lights, third brake light, and parking and turn signal lights.
Ride height is 3" above stock thanks to aftermarket suspension components consisting of a Roadmaster Active Suspension kit, SumoSprings, front airbags, and Bilstein shocks at all four corners. A set of Vision Raptor 372 wheels are wrapped in Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires, and handling is improved with the addition of a Bilstein steering damper, performance slotted rotors, and painted calipers, and a CURT TriFlex electric trailer brake controller.
All interior panels, flooring, doors, and the ceiling are lined with GTMAT sound-deadening and insulation material for occupant comfort, and Husky custom-fit liners provide floor protection. Black leather upholstery and woodgrain accents were refreshed three years ago, and multimedia is managed by a Pioneer A/V head unit with backup camera connected to aftermarket Kicker speakers and a total of five screens located in the dash and seat backs.
Factory instrumentation remains and consists of a 100-mph speedometer with 250,738 miles showing on the odometer, a 3k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, battery amperage, and oil pressure. An in-dash Max-Tow Pyrometer pod is fitted, as is a Scan Gauge multi-gauge and scanner screen mounted atop the dash on the driver's side.
Power is delivered by a modified 7.3-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel featuring a full Banks turbocharging system with turbocharger, compressor wheel, pedestal, BigHead wastegate actuator, power elbow kit, all exhaust pipes, a Six Gun tuner kit with gauge, and transmission controller, as well as a Power Hungry Performance PCM and Magnaflow exhaust. Other performance modifications consist of an S&B cold air intake, AFE Blade Runner intake manifold, CAC intercooler boot kit with insulated intercooler plumbing, Riffraff fuel rail crossover, high flow banjo bolt, HPOP large capacity billet reservoir, Terminator T500 high-performance pump, and a Derale extended transmission cooling pan and transmission cooler. One small oil leak is noted to come from the rear main seal but does not require any additional oil between changes.
A Banks differential cover is fitted to the rear axle and a finned unit is up front, and extra leaf springs have been added for lift and towing ability. Numerous photos of the underside are available in the gallery.
The CARFAX report shows four owners from new, no history of accidents or damage, over 18 years of Florida registration, and an open recall for the "Speed Control System Modification" in 2009. The truck is described by the seller as a reliable and meticulously maintained daily driver with over $35,000 invested in parts alone. A number of videos are available below.

The suspension on this truck is nothing short of amazing. This truck was outfitted from front to back with the best parts and upgrades available in the market. The suspension upgrades consist of sumo springs (front and rear), additional leafs and new leaf springs (front and rear), airbags front, roadmaster active suspension rear, hellwig rear antisway bar, bilstein shocks, bushings, and the list goes on. There is a minor oil leak from the rear main seal. The rest of engine is dry and leak free.

@Qualules – I'll never "assume" on a remote buy. So, with that said, I will ask.... is it 4 wheel drive? I could see the spot on the dash where the transfer case selector should be, but enlarging the photo makes it too blurry to read the 4 High, 4 Low & Neutral position switch. What say you? ...
Yes it is a 4X4. Thank you.
