@RichOlive – Does heater work and can AC be easily added to this vehicle? ...
Yes. I replaced the entire heater system so it is new and works well. Not sure about AC system as far as availability and ease of install.

@Habanico069 – LA? Ok. What issue at the DMV will there be with a salvage title? Is it registered or not? ...
Car is currently registered in my name and there have been no issues renewing the registration for the last 5yrs since I purchased it.
@Habanico069 – Does everything else was it should other than the horn? ...
Yes. Everything works well on this car. It is a great daily driver or grocery getter. I user it to take my longboard when I go surfing on the weekends. Always turns heads. I spoke with my mechanic and he said he believes it's just a grounding issue for the horn. Believes it's an easy fix, but neither of us have had time to deal with it yet with our busy schedules. I am confident it would be an easy fix.

@[email protected] – Salvage title do you have any photos of the damage b4 repair ...
No photos before repair. When I purchased the vehicle, it was already in decent workin order and showed no signs of serious damage. I did a lot of restoration work on it to include several areas of focus, including interior, radiator, new disc brakes, steering, electrical system, new shocks & tires, etc. but found no signs of damage or evidence of why it is a salvage title.
