No issue. The shifter plate was lifted to fix the reverse lock out which has been fixed and plate is secure again.
What is going on with the shifter plate? It seems to be not attached . Can you let me know if there is an issue or if it needs to be bolted down into place.

The car is very solid and not a rusty car. There are areas of surface rust showing that we like to keep visible and not try to hide with undercoating. I will get some close up photos this evening and post them.
