Yes decklid is operational and carpeted inside. Sorry, I thought photos of this. I’ll have it posted shortly. Battery is under driver side trunk panel. The fuel fill is on the passenger side which can be seen in the photos.

Yes the vehicle does have seat belts. The braking system is 4 wheel disc but not power. When driving the vehicle you do not notice the lack of power brakes because of the size of the car.
