I am glad that you were able to view the provided photos and video well enough to see that there is nothing hiding under the surface .
Thank you for the reply. I was not worried if the car was 100% new, I know it’s not… I was wondering if all the imperfections/bumps/bruises/scars did exist on the body and interior or if the camera picked up bad light reflections or something else. After watching the video you uploaded closely I was able to see all these little damages/imperfections did exist, thank you for that. Was just wondering because I’m not in Montana to come inspect. Therefore, it would wise of me to ask any questions prior to bidding. I would hate to win this auction and then find out that the paint and body are not in as good of condition as I thought they were based on the photos. I agree it does look nice despite all of these (however small) issues and I can believe you that it is a good driver. Thank you.
Sorry for the short fuse , these Suburbans , which are not 3/4 tons , with a decent restoration are on the north side of $25,000.00 , with some much higher . This Suburban is priced fairly , as I have stated in it's description , "Good driver or a very solid piece to take to the next level" .
The Suburban is not new and I have not claimed it to be in pristine condition . The headliner is intact but definitely sags down a bit , does not lay on your head . The front seat is still original upholstery , 35 years of use . Rub rail has been replaced on rear . As I stated body is in great shape , paint is not show quality . Some damage on the wheel wells chrome comes with 35 years of use also . This Suburban is not restored ,. it has had one repaint a few years ago . You want the plus' now , it is rust free , has never been hit , runs and drives good , the 4 wheel drive functions as it should . It is a well preserved 1990 Chevrolet Suburban 3/4 ton which GM quit production of in 2013 or you could just go buy a new one for $80,000.00 .
Hello, can you please confirm these: A super saggy headliner front and rear in the photos? Behind the driver side rear tire the rub rail is missing between red/silver paint? Passenger side, rear tire opening chrome trim (bent) and paint (dark discolored) looks damaged? The front bumper is bent near the license plate? Some sort of damage under passenger side rear door by the B pillar bottom and footwell area? Passenger side, front tire opening chrome trim bent/cut off/damaged? Side rails high on the back end of the truck behind last most windows (D pillar) are for/from what? Front seat passenger side looks damaged/bent/broken? Was it re-padded improperly or ??? Does the 4 wheel drive engaged properly? Both the transfer case and the auto locking hubs? Awaiting your reply. Thank you for your time in responding, Jeepxjco
