@bishoptenn – Yes the engine was rebuilt. Have an invoice detailing it. Flywheel was balanced so sure clutch and pressure plate were replaced. Engine bored to .030 with TRW forged pistons, roller rocker Comp cam, heads reworked, oil pump and etc. Elderbrock intake and Holley fuel injection was also added at that time. Floor and trunk pans are in good shape but don’t she seams indicating replacement. Tranny still has metal tag so don’t believe it has been rebuilt. It shifts good with no noises. Front suspension has been apart and sure some replaced. Steering box still has factory stamped numbers so probable original. Sorry I don’t have exact details. Really a nice looking and driving GTO.. ...
Most appreciated!
@JimmyTheTee – -Saw there is a new cam and fuel injection. Has the engine ever been rebuilt? If so, when? -Has the trans ever been rebuilt or clutch replaced? If so when? -Looks like new floor pans and trunk pan, correct? -Was steering box ever replaced or rebuilt? Any power steering component’s replaced? I realize you may not know since you acquired the car from an estate sale, but appreciate any thoughts on the above. Thanks ...

Trying again. We bought GTO from a collector recently. He bought from the original owner's estate around fifteen years ago. Restoration was completed when he bought it. It has original running gear including the 3:55 rear gear. AC works and blows cold. Everything works including the ignition buzzer. Paint is very shinny and shows well with no dings, chips or bubbles. Body is very straight. Interior is excellent with no issues. Cranks, runs and drives great. I just serviced it. Been buying, restoring and showing these classics for many years. I would give the car an overall 8 to 8.5 out of 10. Know nothing it needs. Thanks and call me if you like. 770 722 7531.
@Carnutt1 – Hi, Can you tell me what the ratio is in rear differential? Does the A/C blow cold with all functions working? Also, have the seat covers been replaced? Are there any burns or worn spots on the drivers lower seat cushion? I notice a white looking spot. How old is the paint and convertible top? And how old is the driveline rebuild and do you receipts for the work including engine cam and pistion specs. I truely love your car. Thank you. ...
