If the buyer is the winning bidder, they pay a fee. If you're not comfortable with the buy fee, don't bid or use the service.

That is incorrect. Please refer to your user agreement. Fees would only be paid on a winning bid. A winning bid would not need to be accepted by the seller if it meets their reserve.
