This 1995 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer 4WD combines luxury appointments such as a leather interior and power convenience options into a lifted SUV with all-terrain tires, auto-locking front hubs, and auxiliary lighting. A replacement 5.8-liter Windsor V8 received service to the belts, hoses, and fluids in April 2021 and powers all four wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission. This Bronco was originally sold in Anniston, Alabama to its first owner in September of its model year and has resided in Maine since August 2020, having been reportedly refurbished both mechanically and cosmetically under current ownership. According to Ford production data, it was one of 37,693 Broncos produced for the 1995 model year. Finished in two-tone red and tan over a tan leather interior, this fifth-generation Bronco is now offered with a CARFAX report with an uninstalled Rampage soft top and a clear Maine title in the seller’s name.
Beginning with the 1992 model year, the Bronco adopted styling cues from its F-Series pickup sibling with a rounded front fascia and other aerodynamic changes. This example from 1995 is painted two-tone red and tan with a tan pinstripe and a matching tan hardtop, reportedly having been the subject of a cosmetic refurbishment. Custom add-ons include black-housing projector-beam headlights and aftermarket taillights, bumper-mounted LED forward lighting, chrome fender flares, chrome-finished nerf bars, and dual exhaust system with polished tips. A tow receiver is installed at the rear, along with a full-size spare tire on a swing-away carrier mounted to the drop-down tailgate.
Aftermarket bronze-finished wheels with black bead lockers are mounted to General Grabber all-terrain tires. The suspension has been lifted and features replacement U-joints as well as a twin-traction beam independent setup up front with auto-locking hubs.
The interior conveys top-trim Eddie Bauer amenities including power-operated tan leather seating with red Eddie Bauer scripted embroidery and fold-down armrests, floor and overhead consoles, lighted sun visors, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. The door panels, dash, and carpeting are finished in matching tan materials. Conveniences include power windows including the tailgate, power door locks, power mirrors, cruise control, air conditioning, and remote keyless entry. A modern Kenwood stereo provides audio with USB connectivity and a subwoofer.
Analog gauges are laid out with a central 85-mph speedometer surrounded by a 6,000-rpm tachometer and instruments for oil pressure, voltage, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit mechanical odometer reads 143k miles, although the CARFAX denotes a mileage discrepancy.
The 5.8-liter High-Output fuel-injected Windsor V8 carried original ratings of 210 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque when new, and this replacement unit was recently installed along with a replacement oil pan, idler pulley, serpentine belt, and more as shown on the CARFAX in April 2021. The report also outlines that the radiator was replaced in 2016 and the battery was replaced in 2019. Power is sent to the rear or to all four wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission and a replacement rear end with a limited-slip differential.
Additional photos showing the undercarriage are available in the gallery.
The CARFAX report shows an accident on record from September 2014 involving a rear-end collision without airbag deployment, as well as a separate incident in July 2015 involving the left front corner. A mileage inconsistency is reported beginning in April 2015. The sale includes an uninstalled Rampage soft top.
