We inherited the truck from my deceased mother-in-law and do not have any first-hand details about the accident noted on the Carfax. The report only indicates that an accident with another motor vehicle was recorded on 10/25/2000, but it does not specify the type or extent of damage. According to the Carfax: No structural damage has been reported No airbag deployment has been reported No title brands (salvage, rebuilt, etc.) are present From our ownership, we have not observed any visible signs of prior damage, including in the inner fenders or other areas. The truck drives and handles as expected, with no noticeable issues that would suggest lingering effects from a past accident. As with any older vehicle, we encourage buyers to review the Carfax and inspect the truck themselves for full peace of mind.
