The cable is part of the controller for the rear airbags; they can be increased/decreased independently or simultaneously, adjusting the ride height in the rear at least 3” and the front springs have spacers to lower the coil springs overall between 1-1.5 inches, maintaining a stock ride in the front. The springs were not modified, just lowered where they mount.
What is the cable on the front seat floor hump...phone charger in a tissue box? controller to the a/c?? Is the suspension lowered/air or stock?
