It appears that leatherwork was subsequently performed in that specific area, and unfortunately, the result looks quite poor. A similar bulging is also visible on the main dashboard, right next to the airbag. What could be the cause of these issues? Is it possible that the car was involved in an accident affecting its lower-right section? ...
