Yes the seat are Heat Cool Not to sure about the neck scarf. The O-ring IS just a piece on one the top mechanism. You can look up any video on YouTube and see how it the SL top o-rings work . Dropping the top makes a mess and you can damage it more by letting more fluid spill out. Don't want to risk a bigger problem.
