This 2020 Shelby GT500SE “Signature Edition” is offered as-new with 41 actual miles and is a Shelby American limited-production model. This Mustang GT500 is chassis serial #00008 and delivered directly to Shelby in Las Vegas for its “SE” package with matching CSM #0008. It’s one of 98 units produced for the 2020 model year. The SE package increases the engine output to 800HP via the supercharged 5.2-liter V8 and puts the power to the ground through the F-1 style paddle-shift 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and Torsen limited-slip differential. As part of the Signature Edition packaging, this Mustang sports Carroll Shelby’s signature embroidered into the custom leather seating and comes outfitted with a special handling package, larger wheels, and Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Finished in black with matte black stripes over a black leather interior, this GT500SE is offered with a clean CARFAX report and sold on original MSO.
Being one of 98 units produced for 2020 in the “Carroll Shelby Signature Edition” and badged as CSM #20DSE0008 in the series. The exterior is Finished in black with dual matte black stripes on the hood, roof, and trunk lid, and features numerous aerodynamic enhancements including a custom ventiled carbon fiber hood, a front splitter, lower side skirts, and an integrated rear lip spoiler. This SE model displays special badging and utilizes an active quad-outlet polished exhaust system at the rear, split by an aerodynamic center diffuser. Lighting is provided by automatic HID headlights up front with LED taillamps and sequential turn signals at the rear.
One-piece forged aluminum Monoblock wheels are sized 20” by 11” up front and 20” by 11.5” in the rear and wrapped in performance tires all the way around. The suspension has been stiffened with lowering springs, front and rear sway bars, and a recalibration specific to this model, using caster camber plates. Braking is handled by four-wheel power-assisted discs with red-finished six-piston Brembo calipers up front and four-piston calipers in the rear.
The interior is trimmed with black leather bearing Carroll Shelby’s signature embroidered into the custom bucket seat covers aligned with matching materials for the door panels, center console, dash, and carpeting. There is a Carroll Shelby Mustang (CSM) dash plate designating this vehicle as number 8 of the 98-unit production run for the Signature Edition. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential and a 3.73:1 axle ratio.

@Sidedraft – This thing must be a rocket. @Alant how does this compare to the Demon? ...
Totally different car. The Demon was designed and built for the drag strip... this GT500 is designed more for the twisties.
@nvskibum – I am a private person residing in NV. In NV if a car is purchased from from a non-dealer and you are not a dealer, you can register the car with no sales tax. Do you know if this car qualifies for the no sales tax treatment in NV (based on how it it titled, registered, etc.)? Thanks! ...
Sorry, I don’t know the answer to that. Call the DMV in the morning and ask for the guidelines 👍
