Vehicle Story

OVERVIEW

This frame-off-restored 1970 Ford Bronco is powered by a 302ci V8 backed by a three-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Features include a Holley Sniper fuel injection system, a Boss AM/FM stereo, a swing-away spare tire carrier, a James Duff 3.5-inch lift, 18-inch Black Rhino wheels, and 33-inch Milestar tires. Finished in gray and equipped with a black removable hardtop over a black vinyl interior, this first-generation Bronco is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a clear title.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

During the restoration, the exterior was refinished in gray. Features include tube bumpers, front fog lights, black wheel flares, a fender-mounted antenna, dual mirrors, a folding windshield, a black removable hardtop, dual fuel tanks, and a swing-away spare tire carrier.

EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A set of new 18-inch Black Rhino wheels with manual locking front hubs is wrapped in new 33” x 12.50” Milestar Patagonia M/T tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The new front bucket and rear bench seats are upholstered in black vinyl. Features include new black carpeting, headliner, and weatherstripping; a center console; a roll bar; manual windows, steering, and brakes; a floor-mounted transfer case shifter; a Boss AM/FM stereo; a Holley Sniper EFI control center; and a column-mounted manual transmission shifter.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

A 100-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage are located ahead of the driver. A set of three aftermarket gauges is mounted under the dashboard. The odometer reads 25,601 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a 302ci V8 with fewer than 3,000 miles on it. The engine is backed by a three-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Engine bay features include a Holley Sniper fuel injection system, black Edelbrock valve covers, and a matching air cleaner.

UNDERCARRIAGE

This Bronco is equipped with a solid front axle, a solid rear drive axle, 4.11:1 gears, a new open-carrier third member, and part-time four-wheel drive. A James Duff 3.5-inch lift has been installed. Braking is provided by four-wheel manual drums. A dual exhaust system exits ahead of the rear tires.
