Vehicle Story

OVERVIEW

The restoration of this 1954 Chevrolet Bel Air 2-Door Sedan was completed approximately three years ago. It is powered by a 350cid V8 backed by a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. Features include custom taillight lenses, Cragar wheels, a tilt steering column, bucket seats, an AM/FM/Bluetooth radio, power steering, a Chevrolet Camaro rear end, and dual-circuit power brakes. Finished in dark blue over a blue and cream white vinyl interior, this Chevrolet comes with receipts and a clear title in the seller's name.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

During the restoration completed approximately 17,000 miles ago, the reportedly rust-free body was finished in dark blue. Features include chrome bumpers, Bel Air trim, a fender-mounted antenna, dual rearview mirrors, rocker moldings, a fuel door scratch guard, and custom taillight lenses.

EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A set of Cragar chrome wheels is wrapped in Mastercraft Avenger G/T front and Cooper Cobra Radial G/T rear radial tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The cabin is furnished with updated blue and cream white vinyl front bucket seats and a matching rear seat surrounded by blue vinyl door panels and trim. Features include manual windows, a tilt steering column, a later-model Chevrolet steering wheel, power steering, a center console-mounted automatic transmission shifter, and an AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

A set of Dolphin instruments that includes a 140-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level and voltage are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 1,998 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a 350cid V8 and backed by a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. Engine bay features include chrome valve covers, a chrome Edelbrock air cleaner, a cross-flow radiator, and an Interstate battery. The seller states that the valve cover gaskets were replaced and an oil change was completed one month ago.

UNDERCARRIAGE

Braking is provided by power front disc brakes and rear-wheel drums. The rear end has been replaced with the hardware from a 1970s Chevrolet Camaro. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

The seller will include receipts as part of the sale.
