@morettikm – Hi Ludovico, do you know why this VIN decoder cound't find it ? https://www.decodethis.com/decodes/nomatch/486248838 ...

In 1981 they made a rule that all cars had to have 17 digit Vin numbers. Because the 48 Cadillac Vin number does not have 17 digits. It will come up as invalid on a decoder website. This information is available on Google.

@DBUS – What items, if any, are not to original standards. Thanks ...

The interior has been reupholstered as well as the panels inside of the doors. There is a new convertible top on. And the car has been repainted. I’m not sure how long ago as far as I know everything else on the car is original. Any other way I could be of assistance please let me know. Thank you.
