@Kowboy – I see in the only undercarriage picture there is a large piece of sheetmetal riveted, or screwed, to patch a rust hole. Can you post pictures of the rest of the undercarriage, please? Thank you. ...

hello pertaining to your question, i rechecked the area of the undercarriage on the drivers side, that you mentioned & found the chassis rail solid with no apparent deformity's. the floor also looked proper, the little rivets were probably from a panel put on top of the floor on the drivers side, under the carpet just for rigidity. as a convertible many people when the top is open get in and out of the car and stand on the floor in that area. Ive added additional photos of the chassis. please keep in mind that this is a 77 year old car. in my opinion i would say for its age the bottom of the car is fine. i hope this answers your question, but if you have any skepticism, please do not bid on this car, i do sincerely thank you for your inquiry.
