It’s a gto with a 326 engine yes stock gto had 389 engine. There is a gto up now a 66 with a 400 engine but it’s still a gto.there are gto engine that have 77 headers and 093 headers which are both correct with different compression ratios .the transmission and rear end are stock and came from the factory . 326 engine has 285 hp add tri power you get additional 25 hp. A lot of cars on auction at medium have crate engines.now you add dynamo Exaust headers you also In crease your horsepower, the 389 engine puts out 335 hp so what I’m running in my car is close to that hp but if you want a 389 engine , keep looking.

Horsepower is 285 hp but with tripower add 25 hp. Rear end is 10 bolt 2.93 gear ratio.tranny is 4 speed manual.

Yes it has power steering and yes it’s a gto with a 326 engine, the prior owner said he completely redone the engine internal parts.if you need to talk to him I can supply name and phone number.
