@TJCap – Hey Cody - I appreciate your question! While the GS400 is truly measured in “smiles per gallon”, it can get 15mpg on the freeway when keeping to the speed limit. That’s with the air fuel ratio (AFR) currently set a little rich at 14.0 cruise and 13.0 idle. You’d be able to control that using the red MSD device, and run say 14.7 cruise (stoichiometric) and 13.5 idle, which would increase the AFR. It’s simple to do following the directions in the included MSD manual, and/or I can preset it prior to shipping. MSD’s Tech Support is very good as well, though I haven’t needed it in a while. ...
Hi again - meant to say setting AFR at 14.7 for cruise and 13.5 for idle will increase MPG.

Please don't laugh too hard. What kind of MPG do you get at highway speeds? Just trying to figure out ofif I can afford to drive and enjoy it!

@Marco311 – I realize this isn't a stock engine. What is the HP? Do all the gauges work? ...
Hi Marco - I spoke with TA Performance about your engine power question. TeamBuick.com rates the stock 430 at 360hp/475lb.ft., so with the power adds we’re looking at just over 400hp and at least 500lb.ft. Of course, no power adds matter if the street tires break pavement for long, and that’s where this GS shines: SLR below 9.5, aggressive limited slip, no-hop traction bars, and oversized sway bars!
Hi All - I’d like to offer a virtual showing of the GS400 via Facetime to serious AutoHunter Auction bidders. For those unable to see and drive the car prior to auction-end, feel free to email your cell# and a good day/times to: tjcapriotti@msn.com

@TJCap – Hi - I’ll check with AutoHunter on how to attach video, and get back to you. ...
Hi again - the video is live! Included un the sale are a pair of Flowmaster Supers that used to shake the cabinets in our utility room. 😆
@Marco311 – I know that photos can be funny sometimes. The paint on the driver's side does not seem to quite match so, I have to ask, has the car been in an accident and if so how bad? ...
Hi - the custom red paint is uniform in color, and the vehicle is available to view and test drive in Phoenix, AZ. The prior owner said the car was backed into at a car show, so the hood and front grille are non original.
@TJCap – The only gauge not working is the original clock. I use the clock on the GPS unit instead, which also shows posted speed limit, and backup camera. The console tach isn’t hooked up, given the hood tach is the better option, and also has backlighting. ...

@TJCap – Hi - the Buick 430’s are torque monsters, rated at 360hp/460lb.ft. when stock. I’ve not had it on a dyno nor at a track, but here are the engine upgrades: TA Performance 212 cam adds 25hp. TA Performance Competition Headers adds up to 5% hp. Edelbrock Performer aluminum Intake and Heads adds xx hp. MSD EFI doesn’t necessarily add hp, but makes the car so driveable! ...
