@KEVINCKB6 – I've never heard of a "D" code engine...?? "A", "C", or "K" code, but not D... What is "D" code? ...
D code engine was only used on the 641/2 cars (early65). 289 4V with 210HP most horsepower you could get until June 1st. Then K code wad introduced . D code engine was dropped after August or September when they changed over to alternators.
