This 1964 Volkswagen Beetle is powered by a flat-4 engine with a 6-volt electrical system and floor-shifted manual transmission. It has lower mileage due to it being towed behind a motor home for much of its life on the road. This Beetle has a freshly repainted white exterior and features pop out rear side windows and a metal sunroof. The original factory interior is finished in white with two-tone white and brown door panels, and black rubber floor mats. It has forward folding back seats and a brown carpeted rear cargo area. New shocks were installed and it rides on new tires, including the spare, with VW wheel covers. The sale of this vehicles includes a clear California title in the seller's name.
The white exterior was recently repainted and features a metal sun roof and pop out rear side windows. Metal trim goes across the driver and passenger sides, while running boards flank the bottom of the doors. Chrome front and rear bumpers complement the white exterior, while metal bezels frame the headlights.
It rides on steel wheels with metal VW wheel covers and features all new tires, including the full size spare in the front trunk. The suspension was upgraded with new shocks.
The interior features the original factory white upholstery and black rubber floor mats. An AM radio is mounted in the center of the white metal dashboard and the wicker package tray is on the underside of the dash for extra storage. The two-tone white and brown door panels complement the spartan interior and it has forward folding back seats with a brown carpeted rear cargo area.
Behind the three-spoke Volkswagen steering wheel is the 90 mph speedometer with a five-digit odometer and separate fuel gauge. The Beetle's mileage is unknown and the seller states that the vehicle was towed behind a motor home for much of its time on the road.
It's powered by a rear-mounted air-cooled flat-4 engine with a six-volt electrical system. The engine is paired with a floor-shifted manual transmission.
