This well-maintained 1991 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat longbed 4x4 is a rust-free, 67K-mile original pickup powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. It was originally sold new in Kannapolis, North Carolina and resided long-term in that region, having spent the last eight years garage-kept under the seller’s ownership. Equipment includes power options, trailer-towing connectivity, recently replaced brake and suspension components, and a bed liner. Finished in two-tone Midnight Blue and tan over a blue cloth interior, this eighth-generation F-150 is now offered with uninstalled spare parts, a clean CARFAX report, and a clear South Carolina title in the seller’s name.
Full-size F-Series pickups began their eighth generation beginning in model year 1987 with a streamlined appearance, composite headlights, and revised trim offerings both inside and out. This rust-free F-150 XLT Lariat from 1991 was assembled in regular-cab, eight-foot longbed configuration and wears a two-tone exterior paint scheme with Midnight Blue upper and lower panels separated by tan bodysides. It has resided in garage-kept storage under the seller’s eight-year ownership. The cargo area is protected by a drop-in plastic liner and additional equipment includes a hood deflector, chrome bumpers with black moldings, bright sideview mirrors, bodyside moldings, a sliding rear window, chrome-finished bed rails, replacement NOS taillights, and trailer connectivity. The seller notes that the tailgate has some dings and nicks as shown in the photo carousel, and the rear bumper has some blemishes.
Polished aluminum 15-inch wheels with replacement NOS center caps are wrapped in Cooper Discoverer ATR raised-white-letter tires.
The Lariat-trimmed interior is fitted with a blue cloth bench seat, matched to the safety belts, door panels, dash, and carpeting. The cab is trimmed in woodgrain accents, and amenities include an AM/FM/cassette radio, a tilt-adjustable steering wheel, cruise control, power door locks, power windows, intermittent windshield wipers, and air conditioning.
Instrumentation encompasses an 85-mph speedometer, a 6K-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 67,966 miles, which is said to be a true reading per the seller.
The fuel-injected 302ci OHV V8 was rated at 185 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque when new and is fed by dual fuel tanks. Oil changes have reportedly been carried out every 3,000 miles during the seller’s ownership and a tune-up was performed around 12,000 miles ago that included replacement of the spark plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Power is sent to all four wheels via a column-shifted 4-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case.
Photos showing the underside are available in the carousel. Steering and braking are power-assisted, and the seller has serviced the front wheel bearings, front brake pads, front rotors, rear brake shoes, rear wheel cylinders, rear brake hubs, and center link. The shocks were replaced about 12,000 miles ago.
The CARFAX report describes history that is free of any accidents or damage. The sale includes spare OEM parts including the original air intake equipment.
