1970 Chevrolet C10

This 1970 Chevrolet C10 step side pickup is finished in white and orange two-tone over an orange and black houndstooth interior and is powered by a 327ci V8 paired with a Turbo 350 automatic transmission.  The truck received a professional frame-off restoration covering the exterior, interior, and mechanical components.  Equipment includes a performance suspension, 20” wheels, air conditioning, power brakes, and a modern stereo.  Located in Brandon, Mississippi, this C10 is now offered on a clean Mississippi title in the seller’s name. 

The truck was refinished in a two-tone livery with a white roof and orange body during the restoration in 2017. The step-side bed features custom taillights grafted into the fenders, and the white "CHEVROLET" lettering is stamped into the tailgate. A wood bed was installed with polished locking strips and hardware. All chrome and trim pieces are in good condition with no signs of pitting or corrosion.

Aftermarket Ridler 20” chrome five-spoke wheels are finished in satin metallic gray with a machined lip mounted. The truck is equipped with power steering and power front disc brakes, while aftermarket suspension components lower the truck's ride height.

The interior is fitted with a reupholstered two-tone bench seat in an orange and black houndstooth pattern with cloth and vinyl. The door panels are finished in orange with black inserts, while the dash follows suit with an orange face and black pad. Interior upgrades include air conditioning from Vintage Air, and an in-dash aftermarket Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo.  The shifter for the transmission is mounted on the steering column, which connects to the 3-spoke billet steering wheel finished in satin black.

Instrumentation includes a 100-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and an analog clock with additional gauges for fuel level, voltage, and oil pressure.  The five-digit odometer reads 2k miles, of which the seller has added about 200 over four months of ownership. True miles are unknown.

The 327ci V8 was sourced from 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu and was rebuilt in 2018.  Factory rated at 300 horsepower, it features an aluminum intake manifold, headers, a 4-barrel carburetor, billet air cleaner, and aluminum valve covers.  Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Turbo 350 automatic transmission that was rebuilt in 2018 as well. 

The sale includes receipts for the interior upholstery work.
