OVERVIEW
This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle is powered by a rebuilt 396ci V8 engine backed by a rebuilt three-speed automatic transmission. Features include power steering and brakes, front disc brakes, a Viper alarm with GPS tracking, and a touchscreen Alpine stereo with Bluetooth and two 12-inch subwoofers. Finished in satin black over a black vinyl interior, this Chevelle is available now and comes with uninstalled door seals and door hinges, engine and transmission rebuild paperwork, and a clear California title in the seller’s name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior is finished in satin black and features matching black bumpers and trim, a cowl-induction hood, dual matte black mirror caps, and black emblems.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of chrome five-spoke Riddler wheels is wrapped in radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The new TMI front bucket seats, the rear seat, trim, and door panels are upholstered in black vinyl. Features include power steering and brakes, manual windows, a center console with an automatic shifter, a touchscreen Alpine stereo with Bluetooth and two 12-inch subwoofers, a three-spoke steering wheel with a wood rim, and sound-damping material in the trunk.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer, a 10K-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage are located ahead of the driver. With 2,500 miles logged during current ownership, the odometer reads 30,000 miles but the true mileage is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a rebuilt 396ci V8 engine with a mild cam and backed by a rebuilt three-speed automatic transmission. Underhood features include an aluminum intake, a finned cast aluminum Edelbrock air cleaner, matching valve covers, an aluminum radiator, an MSD ignition, tube headers, and a new heavy-duty alternator.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Chevelle was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. A new steering gearbox has been installed. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A full-length dual exhaust system exits at the rear. Additional photos of the undercarriage can be seen in the carousel to the right.
