OVERVIEW
This 2008 BMW M3 convertible has a color-matched power-retractable hardtop and is powered by a 4.0-liter S65 V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes 19-inch forged aluminum wheels, iDrive infotainment, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a quad-outlet exhaust system. Finished in black over a tan leather interior, this E93 M3 is now offered with a CARFAX report and a clear Florida title.

The black exterior features a color-matched power-retractable hardtop, adaptive xenon headlights, vented front fenders, and quad exhaust outlets.

Forged aluminum 19-inch Style 220 wheels are wrapped in Landgolden front and Michelin rear tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is fitted with power-adjustable tan leather sport seats up front and a bench in the rear. The dash is accented with glossy woodgrain trim. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, iDrive infotainment with navigation, cruise control, power windows, an AM/FM/CD sound system, and power door locks.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation consists of a 330-km/h speedometer, a 9K-rpm tachometer, fuel level and oil pressure gauges, and a multi-information display. The digital odometer reads 97,446 miles (~156,800 kilometers). The odometer discrepancies noted on the CARFAX are the result of the mileage being noted in miles and then kilometers. As noted on the CARFAX report itself, the seller has filed paperwork with CARFAX to research the issue and correct the report.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 4.0-liter S65 V8 uses double-VANOS variable-valve timing and was rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. A vehicle inspection and service were carried out in 2020 at BMW of Sarasota, according to the CARFAX report.
UNDERCARRIAGE
Stopping power comes from power anti-lock disc brakes.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The CARFAX report shows minor damage to the rear passenger side in 2016, as well as the aforementioned mileage discrepancies.

The miles are accurate and have submitted a case with carfax for correction. The miles were in kilometers and seems to have cause some issues. The DCM and all the modules will confirm the miles. As to the Undercarriage it is in good shape. The car sits low and was trying to get it on a lift for photos. Will try and get them over to you if I can get some time to take it to a shop for assistance. Any other questions please let me know
