OVERVIEW
This custom 1932 Ford Roadster build was completed in 2003 and is powered by a 454ci V8 backed by a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. Features include tilt steering, an AM/FM digital stereo, a folding convertible top with removable side curtains, heated bucket seats, and front disc brakes. Finished in metallic purple with a tan soft top over a tan vinyl and purple fabric interior, this Ford Roadster is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a matching tool trailer, a vinyl grille cover, car and trailer covers, a folding chair, a storage tote, and a clear Indiana title.
EXTERIOR - FEATURES
As part of the custom build process, the exterior was finished in metallic purple in 2003. Features include a chrome front spreader bar, an aluminum tank mounted ahead of the grille, a 1932 Ford grille and radiator shell, a tilt-out windshield, dual side mirrors, a tan canvas folding convertible top with removable side curtains, custom rear pinstripe accents, a chrome rear spreader bar, and a trailer hitch ball. The matching tool trailer is also finished in purple with accent pinstriping and equipped with teardrop taillights. The right fender of the trailer is finished in gray primer. The selling dealer states that there are paint blemishes where the soft top meets the body of the car.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
The Roadster's 14-inch front and 15-inch rear five-spoke wheels are wrapped in radial tires. The front tires are four-year-old 185/65 Falkens; the rear tires are eight-year-old 31" x 12.5" Hoosiers. The trailer has Kumho Solus KR21 radials.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The bucket seats are upholstered in tan vinyl and purple tweed and equipped with heat and purple RCI (Racer's Choice Inc.) harnesses. Features include four-rear-old carpeting, manual steering, manual brakes, a floor-mounted automatic shifter, a roll bar, a trunk-mounted AM/FM stereo with a CD changer, and a forced air heater.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A VDO 100-mph speedometer and VDO gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage are mounted in an engine-turned panel ahead of the driver. An 8K-rpm Moon tachometer is mounted on the steering column. The odometer reads 15,000 miles but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 454ci V8 and backed by a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. According to the seller, the transmission weeps slightly. The exposed engine bay features a black carburetor cover with eight aluminum intake tubes, cast aluminum valve covers, and an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. A video of this vehicle being driven is available below.
UNDERCARRIAGE
A reportedly original 1932 Ford boxed frame has been modified to accept an I-beam Super Bell Axle Company front axle with a four-inch drop, a parallel four-bar setup, and tube shocks. The Oldsmobile 10-bolt Positraction rear end has 3.23:1 gears and coilover shocks. Braking is provided by manual front discs and rear drums. A full-length dual exhaust system with capped front cut-outs exits at the rear.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
A matching tool trailer, a vinyl grille cover, car and trailer covers, a folding chair, and a storage tote come with the purchase of the vehicle.

@five_w_coupe – Is the car fiberglass or steel? ...
The body is fiberglass with a steel tube skeleton.
@Soundguy – Is this a fiberglass body? Why no power steering or breaks? Can we see closeup pics of painting issues? How does the car drive and handle? Thanks!! ...
Manual Brakes & Steering were put in by builder's discretion/preference. The body is fiberglass with a steel tube skeleton. All paint blemishes are in the photo gallery, mostly where the soft top is attached to the body. The roadster runs and drives great, and is actively driven from time to time.

Is this vehicle actually for sale? I've seen this at various classic car sale sites for literally months. Is the seller serious?
