OVERVIEW
This 1966 Chevrolet C10 stepside pickup underwent a frame-off restoration and comes outfitted with a four-inch drop in ride height, disc brakes, a dual exhaust system, air conditioning, and American Racing wheels. It is powered by a dyno-tested BluePrint Engines 350ci V8 crate engine paired with a Champion radiator and a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission. Finished in metallic blue over a saddle vinyl interior with bucket seats and a center console, this custom C10 is now offered with the original owner's manual, the warranty booklet, maintenance receipts, the original invoice, a copy of the purchase check from 1966, a restoration photo album, manuals and instructions for upgraded parts, and a clear Florida title in the seller’s name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
This first-generation C/K-series half-ton pickup went through a frame-off restoration including a respray in "Blue me Away" metallic. All new glass, seals, chrome and exterior trim were installed at his time. Accenting features include dual mirrors, an integrated windshield visor, stepside rear fenders, an embossed tailgate, and a dual exhaust system. The floor of the cargo bed is lined with wood planks and stainless steel hardware.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Polished aluminum American Racing Gasser 17-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels are wrapped in Uniroyal redline tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cab interior has been upgraded with saddle vinyl bucket seats split by a center console. Amenities include a wood-rimmed steering wheel on an Ididit tilt-adjustable column, Vintage Air climate controls, bowtie-branded aluminum kick plates, and a Custom Autosound stereo with hidden speakers.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A bank of aftermarket gauges from Classic Instruments includes a 120-mph speedometer, an 8K-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and supporting gauges for the coolant temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 3,585 miles, reflecting the mileage accrued since the restoration was completed. According to the seller, the truck had approximately 58,000 original miles before it was restored.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The upgraded 350ci V8 crate engine was sourced from BluePrint Engines in Kearney, Nebraska and has been dyno-tested. The reported output is 374 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. Upgrades include a Champion radiator and an American Autowire harness. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a column-shifted 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission and a 3.73 rear end.
