OVERVIEW
This 1956 Chevrolet 210 two-door sedan has been maintained by the seller for more than 20 years and is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a Turbo 400 three-speed automatic transmission. The restoration and rebuild was reportedly completed 10 years ago. Equipment includes American Racing wheels, power steering, a newer radio, a dual exhaust system, and power disc brakes. Finished in orange and white over a gray vinyl interior, this 210 is now offered with receipts and a clear California title in the seller’s name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The body was resprayed under prior ownership in a two-tone orange and white paint scheme. Features include chrome brightwork, curved side moldings, and a dual exhaust system.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
American Racing 16-inch polished aluminum wheels are wrapped in Yokohama tires sized 205/55 up front and 235/55 in the rear.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The interior is fitted with gray vinyl front and rear bench seats and matching door panels. The dash is color-matched to the body in orange and equipped with an aluminum face plate. Features include bowtie-branded floor mats, a woodgrain steering wheel, a radio, an alarm system, a tilt-adjustable steering column, and power door locks.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
The Classic Instruments gauge cluster consists of a 120-mph speedometer, an 8K-rpm tachometer, and surrounding readouts for the fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The six-digit mechanical odometer reads 2,300 miles, but the actual mileage on the chassis is unknown. The seller states they have driven the car 2,500 miles in their 20+ years of ownership.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 350ci V8 has been maintained by the seller since installation and was serviced within the last month with an oil change, a spark plug replacement, and the installation of a new Accel distributor. The wiring, radiator, and fuel tank have been replaced. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a column-shifted Turbo 400 three-speed automatic transmission with a shift kit. The seller states that there is a small oil leak present.
UNDERCARRIAGE
Steering is power-assisted. Braking is performed by power disc brakes.
