OVERVIEW
This 1978 MG MGB is powered by a 1.8-liter inline-four engine backed by a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a manual folding convertible top, power front disc brakes, a luggage rack, an AM/FM/CD stereo, and knock-off wire wheels. Finished in white with a black convertible top over a black vinyl interior, this MGB is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a parade boot, a cockpit cover, manuals, receipts, and a clear title.
EXTERIOR - FEATURES
The white exterior features rubber bumpers, black side accent stripes with MGB lettering, bodyside trim, a folding black vinyl convertible top with plastic rear windows, and a luggage rack. The selling dealer notes there is a hole in one of the plastic convertible top windows. A complete walk-around video can be seen below.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 14-inch silver knock-off wire wheels is wrapped in 175/70 Dunlop SP40 radial tires.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The bucket seats are upholstered in black vinyl. Features include power front disc brakes, a center console with a four-speed manual shifter, manual steering, manual windows, and a Sony AM/FM/CD stereo.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A 120-kph speedometer, a 7K-rpm tachometer, a clock, and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 81,642 miles but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown. The selling dealer notes that the tachometer is not functioning.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 1.8-liter inline-four engine and backed by a four-speed manual transmission.
UNDERCARRIAGE

I just saw the same year B at my local coffee shop. I own a 74 Spitfire and I have to say the B’s unibody construction makes it a surprisingly solid looking, fairly modern ride in comparison. Good luck with the auction. Nice car
