1979 CHEVROLET C10

OVERVIEW

This 1979 Chevrolet C10 Silverado restomod pickup underwent a frame-off restoration completed in 2020 and comes with the front clip from a 1985 Chevrolet C/K truck, Vintage Air heat and air conditioning, American Racing wheels, and a Sony audio system. It is powered by a FiTech fuel-injected 396ci big-block V8 mated to a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission. Finished in metallic charcoal gray over a newer black vinyl and cloth interior, this custom C10 is now offered with a clear New Jersey title in the seller’s name.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

As part of the restoration process, the exterior was refinished in metallic charcoal gray and equipped with the front clip from a 1985 Chevrolet C/K pickup. Features include newer chrome bumpers, a newer exhaust system, and a bed liner.

EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES

American Racing 18-inch wheels with black spokes and polished lips are wrapped in Cooper Discoverer H/T tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

A new black vinyl and cloth bench seat, a new head liner, and new carpeting was installed during the restoration. Amenities include Vintage Air heat and air conditioning, a Sony AM/FM/CD radio, power windows, and power locks.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

Instrumentation includes an 85-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 11,263 miles, which is accurate, according to the seller.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

The 396ci big-block V8 is equipped with a FiTech fuel-injection system, an aluminum radiator, and electric fans. Power is channeled to the rear wheels via a column-shifted 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission.
