OVERVIEW
This 1973 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has been with the seller for 18 years and is powered by a 350ci V8 backed by a four-speed manual transmission. Finished in Malibu Blue over a Dark Saddle vinyl interior, this C3 Corvette is available now and comes with T-top bags, an owner's manual, and a clear Missouri title in the seller's name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior was repainted Malibu Blue under previous ownership. Features include a color-keyed urethane front bumper, hide-away headlights, a driver-side mirror, rocker trim, color-keyed removable roof panels, a rear antenna, and a chrome split rear bumper. The seller states that two or three minor body nicks are present.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of aluminum turbine-style wheels is wrapped in radial tires. The seller states that the tires were replaced within the last three years.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The bucket seats are upholstered in Dark Saddle vinyl (trim code 418). Features include manual windows, power steering and brakes, a center console with a manual transmission shifter, air conditioning, a tilt and telescopic steering column, and an AM/FM stereo. The seller states that new door panels were installed and the seat frames were reinforced under previous ownership.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 160-mph speedometer and a 7K-rpm tachometer are located ahead of the driver. The center stack includes a clock and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. With 10,000 miles added during current ownership, the odometer reads 76,098 miles, which the seller reports to be accurate.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by the reportedly original 350ci V8 and backed by a four-speed manual transmission. The seller states that a complete tune-up was completed in 2022 and the carburetor was rebuilt in 2020. Engine bay features include newer valve seals, gaskets, hood insulation, and spark plugs and wires.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Corvette was factory-equipped with a four-wheel independent front suspension and a rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power four-wheel discs; according to the seller, new brakes were installed in 2022. The newer full-length exhaust system exits at the rear through rectangular outlets.
