OVERVIEW
This 1955 Chevrolet Cameo has covered fewer than 100 miles since undergoing a restoration. It is powered by a 283ci V8 backed by a TH400 three-speed automatic transmission. Features include a wood bed floor, power front disc brakes, power steering, and a tilt steering column. EXTERIOR – FEATURES
This Cameo pickup was refinished in white with red trim under previous ownership. Features include chrome bumpers, a chrome grille, dual mirrors, a fender-mounted antenna, a big rear window, fiberglass bedsides and tailgate, a steel bed box, and a wood bed floor.

A set of new red steel wheels with chrome center caps and trim rings is wrapped in whitewall radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The bench seat is upholstered in white vinyl with red cloth inserts. Features include power steering and brakes, a floor-mounted Lokar automatic transmission shifter, manual windows, a cab-mounted fuel tank, and an inoperative AM radio.

A 100-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, amps, and coolant temperature are located ahead of the driver. Underside the bed is wood, that is probably what you are seeing. Under the cab steps they are undercoated yes. It looks like those were replaced in the past, the rest of the floors are original and solid.
