OVERVIEW
This 1956 Ford Thunderbird is powered by 312ci Y-block V8 backed by a three-speed manual transmission. Features include a continental kit and a digital AM/FM/cassette stereo. Finished in Colonial White and equipped with a black Haartz cloth soft top over a black and white vinyl interior, this first-generation Thunderbird is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a removable color-matched hardtop, color-matched rear wheel skirts, and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior is finished in the reportedly original color of Colonial White. Features include chrome bumpers, a hood scoop, a fender-mounted antenna, dual mirrors, fresh air intake vents, a Haartz manual black cloth soft top, and a continental kit. A full walk-around video can be seen below.

A set of red steel wheels with full hub caps is wrapped in whitewall radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The bench seat is upholstered in black vinyl with pleated white vinyl seating areas. Features include manual steering, brakes, and windows; a black padded dashboard; a digital AM/FM/cassette stereo; and a floor-mounted manual transmission shifter.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 150-mph speedometer, a 5K-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature are located ahead of the driver. An aftermarket coolant temperature gauge is mounted under the dashboard. The odometer reads 90,745 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by 312ci Y-block V8 and backed by a three-speed manual transmission.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Thunderbird was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by manual four-wheel drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear.
