ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

The M113 5.0-liter V8 was rated at 302 horsepower and 339 lb-ft of torque when new. It was serviced in March 2023 and underwent the replacement of the valve cover gasket and the power steering pump in 2013 within the last 30,000 miles. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a console-shifted seven-speed automatic transmission.

UNDERCARRIAGE

The chassis uses Mercedes-Benz's Active Body Control (ABC) suspension system. Stopping power comes from four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes. The front brake pads and rotors were replaced about 20,000 miles ago, according to the CARFAX report.
