OVERVIEW
This 1983 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is powered by a 305ci V8 engine backed by a four-speed automatic transmission. Features include power steering and brakes, a tilt steering column, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, bucket seats, a center console, 16-inch Trans Am GTA wheels, new tires, air conditioning, and removable roof panels. EXTERIOR – FEATURES
After being stripped to bare metal, the exterior was refinished in the original color of black earlier this year. Features include pop-up headlights, a GTA ground effects kit, dual side mirrors, removable glass roof panels, a fender-mounted antenna, a heated rear glass hatch, and a rear spoiler.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of refinished black 16-inch Trans Am GTA wheels is wrapped in new 245/50/16 Sumic GT 50A front and 295/50/16 Tempra G/T Radial rear tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The front bucket seats and the rear seat are upholstered in beige vinyl. Features include power steering and brakes, a tilt steering column, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, air conditioning, a center console-mounted automatic transmission shifter, new carpeting, a new headliner, and new weather strips.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
The instrumentation consists of an 85-mph speedometer, a 6,000-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the voltage, oil pressure, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The odometer reads 45,990 miles. The last reported mileage of 45,800 was logged on the CARFAX report on June 28, 2016; a mileage inconsistency was noted at that time.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
