Vehicle Story

This 1956 Ford Fairlane Victoria is finished in two-tone turquoise and white with a turquoise and white vinyl interior and is powered by a Chevrolet 350 V8 coupled to an automatic transmission. Options include power steering, power brakes, a continental kit, and air conditioning. The vehicle is currently located in Alabama and is offered with Alabama registration in the sellers name.

The vehicle is finished in a Turquoise and White ‘Flo-Tone’ factory two-tone paint scheme. Chrome body side molding runs the length of the car dividing the two color lines, complementing the bright chrome front and rear bumpers. Fender skirts fill out the rear wheel wells, and a continental kit housing a spare tire is mounted on the rear. Various paint blemishes are noted around the car; photos can be seen in the gallery.

Steel wheels wear Ford branded polished aluminum wheel covers wrapped in a set of whitewall tires. Four-wheel power disc brakes are fitted all around, and the front suspension was overhauled prior to the seller's acquisition.

The interior features turquoise and white factory-style upholstery on both bench seats with matching door panels, carpeting, and dash pad with lap belts are fitted up front. The odometer shows 86,500 miles, though true mileage is unknown.

A three-spoke replacement steering wheel is wrapped in white leather, framing instrumentation that includes a 120 mph speedometer. Options include power steering and power brakes, while a custom-built under dash display houses modern air conditioning and an upgraded stereo unit. Additional speakers are installed in the front door panels and the rear parcel shelf.

Power is supplied by a Chevrolet 350 V8 sourced from a Chevy Monte Carlo, paired with an automatic transmission, while front suspension components were sourced from a Ford Mustang.

Additional photos of the undercarriage can be seen in the gallery.

The seller notes damage evident to the fiberglass cover for the rear continental kit.
