This 1963 Dodge Polara 2-door hard top was the recipient of a professional restoration and features a big-block 426ci V8 paired with a factory 4-speed manual transmission. A red outer finish is complemented by a custom black vinyl interior, and the car features dual carburetors, newer tires, and a functional hood scoop. This B-body Dodge is offered with a clear Ohio title in the seller’s name.
A red respray was professionally applied approximately 10 years ago and complimentary trim includes chrome bumpers and horizontal grille, stainless-steel accents, a functional hood scoop, and dual exhaust tips.
15" factory red-painted steel wheels wear chrome dog-dish hubcaps and are wrapped in new front tires and five-year-old rear rubber.
The refurbished interior is trimmed in two-tone black and white vinyl over black carpet and with a two-spoke, two-tone steering wheel fronting a painted metal dash. The aluminum center console splits the buckets and includes an ash tray and a storage compartment. The battery has been relocated to the trunk.
Instrumentation includes a rectangular 120-mph speedometer, an aftermarket tachometer, auxiliary Sunpro gauges, and the factory set for gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, voltage, and coolant temperature. The 5-digit mechanical odometer reads 3,438k miles, though true mileage is unknown.
Power is provided by a 426ci Max Wedge V8 with dual carburetors and a cross-ram intake manifold, and it is mated to a 4-speed manual transmission.

I decided not to go inspect the car after speaking with seller. I determined it was not something I wanted to pursue. Seller was a nice guy but He did not provide the requested photos that I asked for which caused me to lose interest.

@BobEdsel – Hello, Is the 426 original to this car? Interior looks very nice, do you know if the color scheme layout is a duplicate of original? In the headliner photo I can't tell for sure, but looks like it may be hanging a little or need replacing. The rest of the car looks so nice so I'm guessing it's fine just to make sure. With a full restoration, I'm assuming the underside is clean without rust?, do you have any photos of the underside showing condition? Very nice Wedge, thank you for your answers. Bob ...
I can't say the motor is original to the car, but the motor is a real 426 max wedge. Underneath the car is solid with absolutely no rust. The headliner is a multi piece headliner and the seams are not the greatest where they meet up with each other, but still shows well.
