@Indiepants – Thank you for your insight re winter driving on Michigan roads back then. I drove my ‘68 Cadillac convertible in winter and paid the price. The white leather seats are very classy but show some stains in your photos. Any insight into how that can be addressed? ...

The "stains" that you are seeing I believe are the shadowing from the overhead lights. There is some slight discoloring on the driver seat bottom seat, but I think either scrubbing with simple green or worst you could have it professionally dyed.

@Indiepants – As a 50’s Michigan car, rust could be an issue…how is body/underbody rust? ...

Same owner since 1958 and he had multiple cars. This wasn't a car that was driven in the winter. Rear wheel convertibles are typically not driven in the winter, it would be a unicorn sighting!

Yes there is a reserve, a "no reserve" would be too risky for a car this nice.

@MoleEddie – Slight leak in the differential in your response. ...

It is wet around the differential, but nothing on the floor. Would recommend a new differential seal and shaft seal.
