The "stains" that you are seeing I believe are the shadowing from the overhead lights. There is some slight discoloring on the driver seat bottom seat, but I think either scrubbing with simple green or worst you could have it professionally dyed.

Same owner since 1958 and he had multiple cars. This wasn't a car that was driven in the winter. Rear wheel convertibles are typically not driven in the winter, it would be a unicorn sighting!

It is wet around the differential, but nothing on the floor. Would recommend a new differential seal and shaft seal.
